I have been blogging (infrequently) for a few years. In the more recent years my focus has been publishing (as you may have noticed) – this is not likely to change as I absolutely love the industry and have quite intentionally worked at building a wee profile in it. Part of that profile building is getting my name out there and taking part in events – you know … networking. Equally I have been aiming to build my profile online.
A few weeks back I mentioned that social media (and general networking) is not really my strong suit. Through that post I met the lovely Michelle Moloney King whose ridiculously useful posts have really got me thinking about search engine optimisation. I have long been thinking that the name of my blog may not be best suited to the content and more recently I’ve felt it may not help in my endeavour to build a profile. So from today my blog’s title is Zoe Faulder. (original, I know.)
I was considering changing the URL but until I get my own domain I might hold off on that one.
